How an order goes

Four steps, each one a screen in your account.

  1. An uploaded part previewed in 3D with its measurements

    Upload

    Drop an STL (binary or ASCII, up to 200 MB). You see its size, volume and a 3D preview, and we tell you if it will not print as sent.

  2. The quote request form: part, material, colour, supports, layer height, infill and quantity

    Configure

    Pick material, colour, layer height, infill and quantity for each part. Ship to you or pick up at the shop.

  3. The shop's review of a request: material, machine and labour per part, markup, setup and the total

    We confirm the price

    The shop reviews the request and confirms a price within one business day, with every component on the quote.

  4. An order page with its history: price confirmed, paid, in the queue, on the printer

    Pay, print, track

    Pay the invoice and follow the order from the queue to the printer to your door, with an email at each step.

What the shop does

Fused-deposition printing is quoted and ordered online today; laser, resin, UV and molding work is quoted by email until it joins the app.

The printers

The app picks the smallest bed your part fits on, and an enclosed printer for materials that need one. All beds have an AMS for multi-colour and support material.
